2) If you are not purchasing with cash, go to a lender and get pre-approved for a loan. This will let you know how much you qualify for and what your monthly payments will be. We can recommend a lender or you can choose one.
3) Once you are pre-qualified for a loan, contact us. As Realtors, we can start looking for that perfect house for you.
4) We will sit down with you and find out exactly what you are looking for.
5) We will print listings for you and put you on an e-mail and/or phone list.
6) Once we find some houses you are interested in, we will start scheduling showings and hopefully find you that perfect place.
